I graduated from Turin Institute of Technology located in Alessandria in 1997.
I was one of the first graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and specialization in plastic materials, a study course that was established just in the 90s.
After a truly instructive experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in a company producing gas assisted injection systems and after following different training courses, I went into private practice in 2000.
I am exclusive purchasing agent for central Italy of the most important companies producers of materials and equipment for plastics injection molding.
Direct interaction allows me to be constantly updated on available materials and on the use of the most recent technologies, subject each time to direct controls.
My policy is to guarantee quality and reliability for a complete customer satisfaction.
My activity as consultant – from choosing raw materials and equipment, till mold designing and set up of molding steps – is dedicated both to companies in their start-up phase and to established companies needing to improve their productive cycle, increasing operational efficiency.
I organize specific training courses on customer premises for project engineers and IMM operators, customizing the program according to the company’s demands.
Among the main subjects treated:
• Plastics molding injection process;
• Approach to project design of plastic component;
• Types of plastic materials and their use;
• Equipment for polymers processing;
• Molding techniques to optimize the productive process (minimizing production waste).
Courses may last one day (smart) for a first formative introduction, or they may be weekly or every two weeks, according to the required in-depth level.
